PRIVATE CLASSES
Private yoga therapy classes are designed to support mental health and well-being. These classes are tailored to the goals of the individual and can focus on symptoms of anxiety, low mood, trauma, distress and / or stress. As well as mobility, adaptability, stability, relaxation, meditation and / or mindfulness.

GROUP YOGA THERAPY
An evidence-based intervention for complex trauma and PTSD.
In this 5-week course, there are opportunities to restore your connection to your body and recover from the impact of trauma. Attend to your internal experience and engage in mindful movement. Make embodied choices to experience agency and empowerment. Improve interoceptive awareness, distress tolerance and emotion regulation in a safe and supportive environment. Learn a framework and strategies for understanding and managing your experience.

This 5-week course aims to improve the mental health and well-being of women in the perinatal period. It covers information and strategies, and offers opportunities to practice skills. Pregnant women attending this course can explore mind-body practices such as mindfulness, yoga and breathing exercises that cultivate empowerment, choice-making, self-compassion, and autonomic and emotion regulation.
