Yoga classes and therapy courses are not intended as a replacement for individual mental health support or psychological therapy. If you have any concerns about your mental health or well-being, you may find it helpful to consult your General Practitioner or a mental health clinician.

It is my intention to provide excellent and reliable customer service at all times. Due to the nature of my work and work/life balance, I may not be able to respond to emails immediately. If you do not receive a response to your email within 48 – 72 hours, you are welcome to send a follow up email.
