I do not intend to mislead you in any way and I strive to always do my best to be transparent, honest and forthcoming at all times.

Yoga classes and therapy courses are not intended as a replacement for individual mental health support or psychological therapy. If you have any concerns about your mental health or well-being, you may find it helpful to consult your General Practitioner or a mental health clinician.
